Review Wizard does not write or submit reviews on behalf of customers. It simply helps genuine customers draft and edit reviews based on their own experiences, before they choose whether to publish them.
Review Wizard is designed to help genuine customers express their own opinions more quickly and easily — the way a writing assistant helps you draft an email. The customer provides the experience and the opinions; we only help shape them into words the customer then reviews, edits and approves.
Review Wizard does not

- Post or submit reviews automatically.
- Impersonate customers.
- Set, change or inflate a customer's rating.
- Submit reviews without the customer's approval.
Every review remains entirely under the customer's control and can be edited, rewritten or discarded before posting.
How it works

The customer shares their own feedback
They pick a few things they liked, speak a few words, or jot a short note — entirely in their own words, about their own visit.

Review Wizard suggests a first draft
Based only on what the customer told us, we draft a natural-sounding review for them to work from. Nothing is invented on their behalf.

The customer edits and approves it
They can change a word, rewrite it completely, or discard it. Before posting, they confirm the review reflects their own genuine experience and opinions.

The customer chooses whether to post
Only the customer decides whether to publish. We copy the approved text and open the review site so they can paste and submit it themselves.

Does Review Wizard write reviews for customers?
No. Review Wizard helps customers create a draft based on feedback they provide. Every review is fully editable and must be reviewed and approved by the customer before posting.
Does Review Wizard post reviews automatically?
No. Customers remain in complete control and decide whether or not to post any review. Posting always happens through the customer's own action on Google or another review site.
Can customers change the wording?
Yes. Customers can edit, rewrite or delete any part of the suggested draft before posting. They can also choose to use only exactly what they typed or said.
Are these real reviews?
Yes. Review Wizard only assists genuine customers in expressing their own opinions about a real experience. It is not a tool for generating fake or incentivised reviews.
Who is responsible for the final review?
The customer. They approve every word and are responsible for ensuring the published review accurately reflects their own genuine experience.
