Counter sign or table tent

An evening to design, 5–10 days for delivery · 5 steps

A printed sign or folded card showing your QR code, placed where customers wait.

  1. 01

    Pick a format

A6 acrylic stand for cafés and bars. Folded A6 card tent (about 105×148 mm) for restaurant tables. Counter mat for shops.

  2. 02

    Design it

Three elements: a short line of text, the QR code, and a one-line instruction ("Scan to leave a review"). Keep the logo small.

  3. 03

    Size the QR

Use a QR at least 30 mm wide (20 mm minimum). Leave a clear white border around it — the quiet zone — or phones may fail to read it. The 480 px PNG from your Manage page prints sharply up to about 40 mm. For larger prints, ask the printer for a vector (SVG or PDF) version; avoid JPEG, which can blur the code.

    quiet zone

Leave a clear white border all the way around the code — about four squares' width. Phones use that blank space to find the code, so don't crop it tight or run text up to its edge.

  4. 04

    Order

Vistaprint and instantprint print A5 and A6 tent cards. Moo does postcards. A short run is about £15–£25.

  5. 05

    Place them

On the counter, on tables, and at the bar. Replace them when they fade or get grubby.
